Aluminum, copper, glass, and ceramic cookware will not work. If compatible cookware is not detected, the induction coil or the control board may have failed. A magnet test on the cookware bottom confirms compatibility.
Continuous clicking after the burner has lit usually means moisture in the igniter assembly — common after a boilover or cleaning. Let the cooktop dry completely with all burners off. If clicking persists after 24 hours, the igniter switch may be shorted and needs replacement.
