1.1 Cancelling Scheduled Services
If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please notify Jenn Air Support at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a late cancellation charge.
If our technician arrives on-site but is unable to perform the service due to access issues or client-related delays, a service call fee may apply.
1.2 Missed Appointments
Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in a service call fee.
2.1 Deposit Policy
All deposits paid to Jenn Air Support are non-refundable. These funds are used to reserve your appointment and procure any necessary parts in advance.
2.2 Deposit Credit
Deposits will be credited toward the final service invoice total.
3.1 Services Rendered
We do not issue refunds for services that have already been completed. If your appliance continues to show issues after our service, we will assess the problem and provide appropriate repair options under our service warranty.
3.2 Customer Satisfaction
If you’re not satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, which may include additional service, as outlined in our warranty terms.
4.1 Labor Guarantee
We offer a 30-day labor warranty on our workmanship. This does not cover consumables or external components, such as Freon, filters, fuses, access valves, or mechanical moving parts.
4.2 Submitting Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, notify us within 24 hours of noticing the issue and allow our technician access to diagnose and complete the required work.
4.3 Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage is limited to services performed directly by Jenn Air Support. It does not extend to third-party providers or referred contractors.
5.1 Estimates
A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.
5.2 Diagnostic Charges
If you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair after our technician’s assessment, a diagnostic fee may still apply.
