1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Jenn Air Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. Scope of Services

Jenn Air Support provides professional diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and part replacement for home and commercial appliances and HVAC systems. Our services cover a wide range of residential and commercial equipment.


3. Service Appointments

3.1 Booking Appointments
Service appointments may be requested by phone, through our website, or by other available means. While we aim to accommodate your preferred time, availability is subject to scheduling constraints.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3.3 On-Site Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the appliance and any necessary information to perform the service effectively.


4. Estimates and Payment Terms

4.1 Cost Estimates
We will provide a written estimate before performing any repairs. Additional work or parts will not be billed without prior approval.

4.2 Diagnostic Charges
A diagnostic fee may be charged to identify the issue and prepare an estimate. This charge is separate from repair costs unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.


5. Service Warranty

5.1 Labor Guarantee
Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the service date.

5.2 Parts Coverage
Parts installed are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified by us.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty excludes consumables such as refrigerant, filters, fuses, access valves, or parts subject to wear. The warranty becomes void if you do not notify us within 24 hours of an issue or if we are not allowed to perform a warranty repair.

5.4 Extended Warranties
Extended warranties require customers to complete annual maintenance as outlined in the service agreement to remain valid.


6. Limitation of Liability

Jenn Air Support is not responsible for secondary damages such as food spoilage, cosmetic damage, or property wear that may occur during service, appliance removal, or reinstallation.


7. Subcontracting Notice

Services may be performed by subcontractors. We are not liable for promises, claims, or warranties made by any general contractors or referral sources.


8. Ownership of Materials

All materials and equipment remain the property of Jenn Air Support until full payment is received.


9. Revisions to Terms

Jenn Air Support reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved under Florida law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
